BreathLab – Online Breathwork Session
BreathLab is our open online space to explore the power of breathwork in a simple, practical way. In this guided session you’ll experience a blend of conscious breathing, gentle self awareness practices and nervous system regulation techniques designed to help you reset, release stress and reconnect with your body.
It’s a chance to pause, breathe and learn how to respond instead of react to life.
BreathLab is also an opportunity to meet the Flow Institute community and experience our approach first-hand. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already on the path, this session offers a taste of the work we share through our workshops, events and instructor trainings.

Each BreathLab session begins with a short introduction exploring a different theme or topic around breath, nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
We’ll explain the process and guide you into a breathwork session using a range of techniques designed to support functional breathing, relaxation, focus and nervous system regulation.
After the breathwork session there is time to simply rest and do nothing, allowing the body to integrate and the nervous system to settle into the space that has been created.
We finish with a few minutes to ask questions, share reflections and connect as a community.
