Nature lover and at home in the mountains, Tim is a self-confessed pulmonaut. Born in Australia he has travelled extensively over 12 years to Europe, America and Asia skydiving, wingsuit BASE jumping, alpine hiking, rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding, freediving while exploring other amazing parts of the world, playing in the elements.

Seeking Flow.

During these times he experienced some near death moments and severely traumatic injuries. Hospitalised, broken, in recovery and unable to do the things he loved he lost his sense of identity and became severely depressed, something he had lived through in his younger years of life. These injuries were the catalyst that ultimately led to his deep and continuing journey of self-enquiry and self mastery.

In search of knowledge, to rehabilitate his body and mind, and find a way out from what felt like rock bottom. He began researching and discovered cold immersion, mindfulness and breathwork. Eventually studying and learning from some of the most prolific names in the breathwork and trauma field from around the world. In this time he had the opportunity to also work with plant teachers to delve deeper into the mind, body and the human experience. Through all of this he discovered that the most powerful medicine is the BREATH. Tim immersed himself in his breathwork practices.

Tim now offers one of the most comprehensive, fun and all-round approaches to breath experiences, training and programs available in Australia and globally today. He embodies a holistic lifestyle and enjoys connecting with fellow seekers interested in exploring the potential of the human mind and body while living this amazing thing called life.

Jackie spent the first 10 years of her adult life travelling to snowboard and live in isolated and beautiful locations around the world, meeting and learning from people from all walks of life. Experiencing life just outside what most would consider ‘normal’ by never staying anywhere longer than 6 months, away from most of society, constantly making new strong connections to people and places while constantly having to say goodbye a short time later has given Jackie a unique perspective towards life and the different relationships we have.

Growing her deep connection to nature and the mountains she realised she had lost connection with herself. Not becoming truly aware of the depth and significance of what this actually meant until she started to uncover more, searching within and discovering the complexities of what it means to be human and the dramatic effects losing touch with yourself can have.

Through her journey of self exploration and spirituality she encountered breathwork and found it to be the transformational tool she had been looking for. Breathwork enabled her to love herself wholly and fully. Finally feeling safe enough to let all of the masks she had carried with her for so long fall away. Shifting through past conditioning, fears and self limiting beliefs only to realise a deep inner calling to share the power of the breath with others has led her to where she is now.

Jackie offers a creative and unique approach to breathwork, self healing and self discovery with the clients she sees and programs she runs. Down to earth and with a good sense of humour Jackie loves exploring different ways to learn about the breath and the incredible human body. She believes the more we know about ourselves the more we are able to connect with others and the natural world we live in. Creating more opportunities for fun, expansion and joy.
