For years, we’ve had people reach out wanting to train with Flow Institute Australia, but the timing, location or commitments of an in person training simply haven’t worked.

We’ve been testing, refining and exploring how we can bring the Flow Institute Level One experience online without losing the depth, connection, practical learning and personal support that makes our training what it is.

Flow Institute Australia Level One Breathwork Training is coming online, making it possible to train with us from anywhere in the world, on a schedule that works for you.

Whether you’re on the other side of Australia, living overseas, working full time, raising a family or simply can’t step away for a five day in person training, we want to make becoming a Flow Institute Breathwork Facilitator more accessible.
