Yes. However we recommend you attend as many in person sessions as possible before the training.

Safety is our number one priority . The style of breathwork we will teaching is not suitable for those with the following:
Severe PTSD
Heart disease
Heart conditions
Pregnancy
Epilepsy and history of seizures
Severe asthma
High blood pressure
Mental health conditions (schizophrenia, psychosis,bipolar and other diagnosed mental health conditions)
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 5 years.
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to participate in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

Detached retina
Glaucoma
Aneurysm in brain or abdomen

Immediately after the in person training. As part of becoming fully certified you will share Flow sessions with your case studies. Once completed, you will be signed off and ready to start making an impact in your community and providing yourself with a source of income.

No. It is strongly not recommended to attend or participate in any style of conscious connected, hyperventilation or breaths holds during pregnancy. The safety of our participants always comes first and we would love to have you at a training post pregnancy.

This training is primarily in person with an online learning component to prepare you for the in person immersion. Facilitation, holding space and transformational work will be learnt in person. All training material will be supplied for you to explore in your own time. Online training will be self paced. Based on the biomechanics, biochemistry and the relationship of mind, body and breath. These are not live calls. Live support calls will commence after the in-person training, assisting along your path to Master instructor.

Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to secure your place.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Refunds (excluding deposit)
Refund eligibility is based on the start date of your training:
More than 60 days prior: Full refund minus deposit
30–60 days prior: 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior: No refund
After Training Begins
No refunds are available once the instructor training has commenced.
